Requirements:
Linux. Kernel from series 2.2.x or newer. May also work on *BSD systems.
For compilation: Reasonably new C++ compiler ( gcc 2.95.2 or 2.95.3 recommended; should also compile with egcs 2.91.66 ). Installed libstdc++ and libstdc++-devel.
Processor: Intel Pentium or compatible. Pentium II-350 recommended.

   For 'aviplay' sample:
XFree86 3.x or newer.
Qt library ver. 2.1.0 or newer. For video capture app: 2.2.0 or newer. Direct links to archives:
